Filing 8 ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is denied. Plaintiff therefore must prepay the statutory filing fee if he wishes to proceed with this action. Plaintiff's motion for leave to file an amended complaint #6 is granted to the extent that any amended complaint be submitted in compliance with this order. In addition, Plaintiff must show good cause why any claims related to the July 25, 2016 seizure, arrest, and strip search are not untimely (unless these claims are not included in the submitted amended complaint). Failure to fully comply with this order by July 12, 2019, will result in dismissal of this case.
