Plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint; rather, he has filed a motion to reassign this case to another district judge #10 , which is denied as moot. Accordingly, Plaintiff's federal claims against Defendant are dismissed with prejudice, and pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1367(c)(3), the court relinquishes its supplemental jurisdiction over Plaintiff's state law claims.
