ORDER: On June 10, 2019, the court denied Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and set a July 8, 2019 deadline for Plaintiff either to pay the $400 filing fee or submit a renewed in forma pauperis application. #5 Plaintiff's request for a "2 month extension" of that deadline, due to his recent convictions and anticipated transfer to state custody #6 , is granted. The date for payment of the fee or submission of a renewed i.f.p. application is extended to August 9, 2019. The Clerk is directed to update Plaintiff's inmate identification number and present place of incarceration (Stateville's Northern Reception and Classification Center as of July 12, 2019) and send a copy of this order to Plaintiff. ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is denied without prejudice as incomplete. Plaintiff is directed to address the filing fee by either: (1) paying the full statutory filing fee of $400; or (2) submitting a renewed complete application that is certified by a trust fund officer and includes a copy of his prison trust fund statement showing activity in his account from May 10, 2018, through the date of the renewed application. Failure to do one of the foregoing by July 8, 2019 will result in summary dismissal of this case. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 is denied without prejudice to renewal after Plaintiff resolves his fee status.
