ORDER: Plaintiff's pending motion to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is granted. The Court assesses $15.20 as his initial partial payment of the filing fee. Plaintiff, who is no longer incarcerated, must pay this initial payment. Plaintiff remains responsible for the remainder of the $350 filing fee, and in order for the Court to determine how he may pay it, Plaintiff must submit another IFP application showing his current financial and employment status. Plaintiff's failure to fully comply with this order by July 22, 2019 will result in dismissal of this case. The Clerk is instructed to send Plaintiff another in forma pauperis application and a copy of this order at his last known address on the docket. The Clerk is instructed to remove Plaintiff's prisoner identification number (2019-0320115) from the docket, as he is no longer incarcerated.
