Plaintiff Helene Tonique Williams, proceeding pro se, has filed a civil rights complaint in the Central District of Illinois. Plaintiff complains of conduct that occurred in the Northern District of Illinois. Moreover, Plaintiff lists an address for herself which is in the Northern District of Illinois and addresses for the defendants in the Northern District of Illinois. The Court finds, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1404(a), that in the interest of justice, this matter should be transferred to the Eastern Division of the Northern District of Illinois.
