ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is under review. If Plaintiff wants to pursue this litigation, he must complete the following two tasks. First, he must further address the filing fee by either: (a) prepaying the $400 fee, or (b) submitting an under-oath "IFP Supplement" that explains why he provided false sworn statements in his in forma pauperis application, details the source or sources of his income, what he bought, and why those funds should not be counted against his ability to pay the filing fee. Second, he must show cause (in other words, submit an under-oath written "Response to Show Cause Order" explaining) why this case should not be dismissed for false statements within his application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. If he does not comply with both by July 29, 2019, or provides an inadequate response, the Court will summarily dismiss this action. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 is denied without prejudice to renewal if this case is allowed to proceed. Signed by the Honorable Virginia M. Kendall on 7/8/2019.
