The Court has no authority to extend the statute of limitations set forth in 28 U.S.C. 2244(d) pursuant to a request for an extension of time. Petitioner is instructed to submit a habeas corpus petition by August 29, 2019. Petitioner is advised the Court may dismiss this case if he does not submit a habeas corpus petition by that date.
