ORDER: Docket Entries One and Five are not habeas corpus petitions, but instead are a request from Petitioner for an extension of time to file a habeas corpus petition. The Court has no authority to extend the statute of limitations set forth in 28 U.S.C. 2244(d) pursuant to a request for an extension of time. Petitioner is instructed to submit a habeas corpus petition by August 29, 2019. Petitioner is advised the Court may dismiss this case if he does not submit a habeas corpus petition by that date. The Clerk is instructed to: (1) terminate Respondent Raoul from the docket; (2) alter the docket to reflect that Respondent is Teri Kennedy, Warden, Pontiac Correctional Center; and, (3) send Petitioner a blank 28 U.S.C. 2254 habeas corpus petition form with instructions.
