ORDER: The Court grants Plaintiff's motions to voluntarily dismiss this case [3, 4]. Based on Plaintiff's representations in his pleadings, it appears that he is attempting to bring some sort of state law action. Thus, the Court considers this case as improperly filed in the wrong court. The Court will not assess a fee in connection with the filing of this lawsuit. However, the Court advises Plaintiff that future suits he files in federal court will incur a filing fee. See Newlin v. Helman, l23 F.3d 429, 433 (7th Cir. 1997) (the filing of a suit in federal court "irrevocably incurs an obligation to pay the fee"). This case is dismissed under Fed. R. Civ.
