Filing 6 ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is denied for lack of showing of indigency. If Plaintiff wants to proceed with this case, he must either (1) prepay the $400 filing fee; or, no later than September 6, 2019, (2) file a renewed in forma pauperis application in which he explains, under oath and with supporting records, including one-year's worth of trust fund account statements, the source of the moneys he received during the six months prior to initiating this action, what he bought, and why those moneys should not be counted against his ability to pay the filing fee. In addition, no later than the date stated above, Plaintiff must submit a written statement showing good cause for why his complaint should not be dismissed due to his failure to fully and truthfully disclose his financial condition. If Plaintiff decides to pay the $400 filing fee, he may do so by sending a check or money order made payable to Clerk, United States District Court. Any payment should be sent to the Clerk, United States District Court, 219 South Dearborn Street, Chicago, Illinois 60604, attn: Cashier's Desk, 20th Floor, and shall clearly identify Plaintiff's name and the case number assigned to this case. Failure to comply with this order by the date stated above, will result in summary dismissal of this case. The Clerk is directed to send Plaintiff a blank application to proceed in forma pauperis and a copy of this order. The Court defers initial review of the proposed complaint #1 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915A until Plaintiff complies with this order. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 is denied without prejudice as it is too early to consider if recruitment of counsel would be appropriate.
