August 26, 2019 Filing 12 APPLICATION and Financial Affidavit by Plaintiff Kenneth McGahee for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. (smm, )
August 7, 2019 Filing 11 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Gary Feinerman:Motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #10 is denied without prejudice. The renewed in forma pauperis application does not give complete answers to Questions 2.A and 4G. In addition, in light of Plaintiff's representation (Doc. 4 at 1) that he was employed by CTA through May 2019 (and perhaps that he was paid through December 2018), the court has doubts as to whether Plaintiff's answer to Question 4.A is correct. If Plaintiff wishes to proceed with this case, he must by 8/28/2019 file a renewed in forma pauperis application that gives complete answers to Questions 2.A and 4.G; in addition, if Plaintiff continues to represent in his answer to Question 4.A that he earned no salary or wages in the last twelve months other than from his new employment at SCR, he must explain how he received no wages over the last twelve months despite his being employed by CTA through May 2019. If Plaintiff fails to comply with this order, this case will be dismissed. The status hearing set for 8/13/2019 #9 is stricken and re-set for 9/9/2019 at 9:00 a.m.Mailed notice. (jlj, )
July 29, 2019 Filing 10 APPLICATION by Plaintiff Kenneth McGahee for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (sxb, )
July 9, 2019 Filing 9 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Gary Feinerman:Motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #4 is denied without prejudice. Plaintiff has until 7/30/2019 to file a renewed in forma pauperis application. If Plaintiff does so, he must provide a complete answer to Question 2.B. In addition, he must provide an accurate answer to Questions 4.A, 4.F, and 4.G. Because Plaintiff says he was employed through mid-May 2019, it is doubtful that he received less than $200 in salary over the last twelve months. If Plaintiff fails to file a renewed in forma pauperis application, this case will be summarily dismissed. Status hearing set for 8/13/2019 at 9:00 a.m. Mailed notice. (jlj, )
