Filing 10 ENTERED JUDGMENT on 8/19/2019.Mailed notice.(jlj, ) |
Filing 9 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Gary Feinerman:The 7/10/2019 order #5 gave Plaintiff until 8/7/2019 to either pay the $400 filing fee or apply for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, and warned that failure to comply would result in summary dismissal. Plaintiff has not complied with the 7/10/2019 order #5 , which warrants dismissal. In addition, the 7/19/2019 docket entry #6 indicates that Plaintiff moved without providing the Clerk with a forwarding address, which provides an independent ground for dismissal. See Ball v. City of Chicago, 2 F.3d 752, 756 (7th Cir. 1993) (stating that the district judge may dismiss a case for failure to prosecute where "an unrepresented plaintiff changed his address and did not give the court his new one").
