ORDER: The Court grants Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis #3 and assesses $8.60 as his initial partial filing fee. The trust fund officer at Plaintiff's facility is directed to make deductions from Plaintiff's account in accordance with this order. The Clerk shall send this order to the trust fund officer at Stateville Correctional Center. Plaintiff's complaint #1 is dismissed, with leave to submit an amended complaint. The Court grants Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 and recruits Matthew Koch, Marwedel, Minichello & Reeb, P.C., 303 W. Madison St., Suite 1100, Chicago, IL 60606, (312) 445-5320, mkoch@mmr-law.com, to represent Plaintiff in accordance with counsel's trial bar obligations under N.D. Ill. Local Rule 83.11(h) and 83.37. Counsel is to enter an appearance for Plaintiff by September 10, 2019 and is given until October 31, 2019 to file an amended complaint if he believes it appropriate to do so after conferring with Plaintiff. The Clerk shall send this order to: Plaintiff, recruited counsel, Stateville Warden Sherwin Miles (who should be made aware of Plaintiff's medical needs), the Court's Systems Department, and the PACER Service Center at http://www.pacer.psc.uscourts.gov /register.html.
