ORDER signed by the Honorable Virginia M. Kendall on 8/1/2019. The Court denies Hughes's renewed IFP application #3 and dismisses this case with prejudice. Should Hughes attempt to file any further IFP applications in this Court with comparably fraudulent allegations of poverty, he will forfeit his entitlement to proceed IFP in any civil litigation until all feesfor all of his past and current caseshave been paid in full. See Campbell v. Clarke, 481 F.3d 967, 969 (7th Cir. 2007). If Hughes defies this directive, the Court will enter an order precluding him from filing any future lawsuits (with few exceptions) whetheror not he pays in advance. See id. at 970 (citing Support Systems Int'l, Inc. v. Mack, 45 F.3d 185 (7th Cir. 1995)). "[T]hat is the only practical response when prisoners scorn their legal obligations." Id.
