ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is granted. The Court orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to deduct $65.05 from Plaintiff's account for payment to the Clerk of Court as an initial partial payment of the filing fee and to continue making monthly deductions in accordance with this order. The Court directs the Clerk of Court to electronically send a copy of this order to the Supervisor of the Inmate Trust Fund Accounts at the Cook County Jail. However, Plaintiff's complaint #1 may be subject to dismissal as time barred. If Plaintiff wants to proceed with this lawsuit, she must file no later than October 21, 2019 a written statement explaining why the case is not barred by the two-year statute of limitations that applies in cases like this one. If Plaintiff is able to demonstrate a reason why the case may not be time-barred, the Court will then give her leave to submit an amended complaint, if she can do so in accordance with this order. Plaintiff's failure to fully comply with this order will result in summary dismissal of this action. The Clerk is directed to send Plaintiff an amended complaint form and a copy of this order.
