Filing 33 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Andrea R. Wood: Preliminary Injunction and Show Cause hearing held. Plaintiff's oral motion for leave to file an amended complaint is granted. Plaintiff shall file its amended complaint by 11/15/2019 and proceed with service. Accordingly, for the reasons stated on the record, the Court finds that Plaintiff has satisfied the requirements for temporary injunctive relief in the form of a Temporary Restraining Order as provided by Fed.
