ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 , which was filed prior to his recent release from the Cook County Jail, is denied without prejudice. By November 25, 2019, Plaintiff must either: (1) pay the full statutory filing fee of $400; or (2) submit a renewed in forma pauperis (IFP) application that (a) provides accurate financial information covering the year prior to initiating this action (in other words, starting from approximately September 10, 2018), (b) attaches certified trust fund ledgers from approximately March 10, 2019 to the date of his release, and (c) discloses his present financial situation now that he has been released. If Plaintiff does not comply, this action will be dismissed. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 is denied without prejudice, as he has not attempted to obtain counsel himself, Pickett v. Chicago Transit Auth., 930 F.3d 869, 871 (7th Cir. 2019) (citing Pruitt v. Mote, 503 F.3d 647, 654 (7th Cir. 2007) (en banc)), and in any event, nothing suggests that Plaintiff is unable to respond to this order, which calls for basic financial information within his possession. Plaintiff is advised that he must promptly update the Clerk if his address changes again, and failure to do so will subject this lawsuit to dismissal.
