Filing 10 RECEIVED Amended Complaint and no copies by Akiya Finley. (ph, ) |
Filing 9 MINUTE entry before the Honorable John Robert Blakey: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #4 is denied because it is incomplete. For example, Plaintiff indicates in question 2 that she is not employed, but she fails to answer question 2B, which seeks information about her last employment. She has checked the boxes for "unemployment," "welfare," and "any other public assistance," but she failed to provide any information concerning any amounts she receives. She has also checked the box suggesting that she receives "rental income" but has failed to complete this section as well, so the Court is unable to determine whether she actually receives rental income. She has identified no other discernible means of support for her daily necessities of life. Plaintiff's motion #7 is stricken as it is premature. The 12/3/19 Notice of Motion date is stricken, and the parties need not appear. Mailed notice (vcf, ) |
