ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is granted. The Court orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to deduct $4.70 from Plaintiff's account for payment to the Clerk of Court as an initial partial payment of the filing fee and tocontinue making monthly deductions in accordance with this order. The Court directs the Clerk of Court to send a copy of this order to the supervisor of the inmate trust account office at the facility where Plaintiff is presently being held and to the Court's Fiscal Department. Summonses, however, shall not issue. Plaintiff's complaint #1 is dismissed without prejudice. Plaintiff'smotion for attorney representation #4 is granted. The Court recruits attorney David John O'Connell, Goldberg Segalla LLP, 222 West Adams St., Suite 2250, Chicago, IL 60606, 312-572-8405, doconnell@goldbergsegalla.com to represent Plaintiff in accordance with counsel's trial bar obligations under the District Court's Local Rules 83.11(h) and 83.37. By January 17, 2020,counsel shall enter an appearance for Plaintiff. By February 14, 2020, counsel shall file an amended complaint. If counsel believes that filing an amended complaint would be inconsistent with his Rule 11 obligations, he should so inform the Court by the aforementioned date.
