Filing 7 ORDER: On review of the complaint, the Court transfers this action forthwith to the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois, Peoria Division, for consideration of Plaintiff's complaint #1 , application to proceed in forma pauperis #3 , motion for attorney representation #4 , and other filings #5 6 , and for whatever other action the transferee court deems appropriate. Plaintiff Willie Weathersby is detained in the Livingston County Jail, and brings this pro se civil rights action, 42 U.S.C. 1983, regarding various circumstances of his confinement there. The events giving rise to the case allegedly occurred at the Livingston County Jail in Livingston County, Illinois, which is located in the Central District of Illinois, Peoria Division. 28 U.S.C. 93(b). It also does not appear that any Defendant resides in this district. Venue thus does not apply in this Court. And, in any event, the Central District is the most convenient forum for this action, warranting transfer under 28 U.S.C. 1404(a).
