Filing 7 ORDER: For the reasons stated below, the Court grants Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis #3 and waives the initial partial filing fee. The Court authorizes and orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of custody to begin collecting monthly deductions from his account for payment to the Clerk toward the filing fee. The Clerk shall send a copy of this order (electronically if possible) to the trust fund officer at the Lake County Adult Corrections Facility and the Court's fiscal department.
