ORDER: Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is denied, without prejudice. The Court directs Plaintiff to submit a renewed IFP application that is certified by a trust fund officer; she must also attach copies of facility trust fund ledgers showing her income at least for the length of her incarceration until she filed suit (that is, from August 21, 2019, through December 16, 2019). Failure to comply by February 18, 2020, will result in denial of leave to proceed in forma pauperis and summary dismissal of this case. The Court instructs the Clerk to (1) provide Plaintiff with a blank IFP application along with a copy of this order, and (2) change the nature of suit code from 555 to 550. The Court on its own motion dismisses ZaCariyah Johnson, Kevin Savage, and Kae Den Savage as Co-Plaintiffs. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 is denied without prejudice.
