ORDER: The Court directs the Clerk to: (1) file Plaintiff's amended complaint [R. #7 ]; (2) add Officer Anderson, Lieutenant Rubio, Officer Evans, and Officer Patterson as Defendants pursuant to the amended complaint; (3) mail Plaintiff five blank USM-285 service forms; and (4) issue summonses for service of the amended complaint on all Defendants. The Court authorizes and orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to deduct $13.00 from Plaintiff's account for payment to the Clerk of Court as an initial partial payment of the filing fee, and to continue making monthly deductions in accordance with this order.
