ORDER signed by the Honorable Virginia M. Kendall on 1/10/2020. The Court dismisses the claims against Jovan Gudger for lack of jurisdiction and dismissesclaims against all other Defendants for improper joinder. The Court therefore dismisses the complaint #1 in its entirety without prejudice. The Court also denies Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis #4 without prejudice because it is moot. The Court notes that Plaintiff's application is currently incomplete because it does not list the frequency with which she receives $340 in take-home pay. The Court grants Plaintiff leave to amend her complaint consistent with this Order, if possible, within twenty-one days from the entry of this Order.
