The Court has conducted an initial review of Plaintiff's complaint and determined that it satis-fies the requirements of 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B). Accordingly, the Clerk of Court is directed to: (1) file Plaintiff's complaint; (2) issue summonses for service of the com-plaint on Defendants; and (3) mail Plaintiff a copy of this order, as well as two blank USM285 (Marshals service) forms.
