Filing 5 ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is granted. The Court orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to deduct $13.00 from Plaintiff's account for payment to the Clerk of Court as an initial partial filing fee in this case. As discussed below, the Court also orders Plaintiff to pay (and the facility having custody of him to automatically collect and remit) to the Clerk of Court, 60% of any and all deposits to Plaintiff's account until his filing fees have been paid in full. The Court directs the Clerk of Court to send a copy of this order (electronically if possible) to the trust fund officer at the facility having custody of Plaintiff and to this court's fiscal department. Summonses, however, shall not issue at this time. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 is granted. The Court requests that David S. Baffa, Seyfarth Shaw LLP, 233 South Wacker Drive, Suite 8000, Chicago, Illinois 60606, tel: (312) 460-5000, represent Plaintiff in accordance with counsel's trial bar obligations under the District Court's Local Rule 83.37 (N.D. Ill.). 1 The Clerk of Court is directed to send a copy of this order to Plaintiff, attorney Baffa, the Systems Department of the Northern District of Illinois, and the PACER Service Center at pacer@psc.uscourts.gov. A status hearing is set for March 19, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. Recruited counsel should be prepared to advise the Court whether he will proceed on Plaintiff's complaint or whether he intends to file an amended complaint. If, after investigation, counsel believes that he cannot proceed consistent with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11, he should so inform the Court. Signed by the Honorable Robert W.
