ORDER: Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is granted, andplaintiff's complaint may proceed against defendant Tovala. The Clerk shallterminate defendants Rabie, Ryerson, and Atkins as parties to the case. The Clerk shall file plaintiff's complaint #1 and issue summons against Tovala. The court appoints the U.S. Marshal to serve defendants. The Marshal is authorized to send a request for waiver of service in the manner prescribed by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(d) before attempting personal service.
