ORDER: ORDER Plaintiff brings his claim in this action pursuant to 820 ILCS 305/4(h), a provision in the Illinois Workers' Compensation Act. Dkt. 1-1, at 5-6. Defendants removed the case to this district. Pending before the Court is Plaintiff's motion to remand to state court. The Court has reviewed the cases cited by each party and agrees with the reasoning in Craig v. Ford Motor Co., No. 15 C 9009, 2015 WL 5996350, at *2 (N.D. Ill. Oct. 14, 2015). Thus, the motion to remand (9) is granted. The pending motions to appear pro hac vice #6 (7] are thus denied as moot. The Clerk of this Court is ordered to mail a certified copy of the order of remand to the Clerk of the Circuit Court forthwith so that the state court may proceed with the case.
