Plaintiffs' reported annual income places them above the federal poverty line for a family of four (which is often used as a benchmark for indigency). Although they apparently have no savings above $200, plaintiffs' income is sufficient for them to be able to set aside some funds to make a payment at a reduced amount. To proceed with this case, plaintiffs must pay a $100 filing fee by February 5, 2020. Upon payment of $100, the clerk may issue summonses on the complaint.
