Wood: Plaintiff initiated this action by filing a complaint #1 on 1/22/2020, after which this Court set an initial status hearing for 3/25/2020 at 9:00 AM #7 . On 3/6/2020, Plaintiff filed a "Judicial Temporary Restraining Order Permanent-Injunction & Demand for an Emergency Hearing because of the Pending Lawsuit in Federal Court." #8 . The Court construes this document as a motion for a temporary restraining order. Plaintiff, however, has not noticed the motion for a hearing as required by Local Rule 5.3(b) and Judge Wood's case management procedures. To the extent Plaintiff desires the motion to be heard on an emergency basisthis is, on shorter than the 3-day notice normally required by Judge Woodthen Plaintiff must contact the courtroom deputy to request an expedited hearing. If Plaintiff does not either notice the motion for presentment or contact the courtroom deputy to request an expedited hearing then the motion will be addressed at the initial status hearing on 3/25/2020.
