ORDER: Plaintiff is directed to (1) pay the required filing fee in this case, or (2) update his mailing address and submit a written statement that includes the date of his release from custody and whether he mailed his complaint in this case while still incarcerated. If Plaintiff is no longer incarcerated, he must also submit an updated IFP application showing his current financial and employment status so the Court can assess his ability to pay the filing fee. Plaintiff's failure to comply with one of these directives by March 20, 2020, will result in summary dismissal of this case.
