April 6, 2020 Filing 21 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Gabriel A. Fuentes: Consistent with the Court's Second Amended General Order No. 20-0012, extending deadlines in all civil matters by 28 days, and pending the issuance of any further such orders concerning the functioning of the Court during the COVID-19 public health emergency, the magistrate judge enters the following order: all status hearings are stricken and to be reset until further order of the Court, and (1) in all matters before the magistrate judge on referral for discovery supervision, all deadlines including fact and expert discovery cutoff dates are extended by an additional 28 days, all due dates for joint written status reports are extended and shall be filed by 5/22/20; (2) in all matters before the magistrate judge on referral for settlement, all previously scheduled settlement conference dates and deadlines are stricken, to be reset until further order of the Court and after consultation between the parties and the courtroom deputy as to when the parties and their counsel are available for a settlement conference, which may be held by telephone; (3) in all matters before the magistrate judge on consent, all due dates including discovery, motions, pleadings, and responses and replies thereto, are extended by 28 days; and (4) the magistrate judge may enter separate orders shortening, extending, or revoking any deadlines in individual matters on a case-by-case basis and for good cause, as provided by Paragraph 2(c) of the Second Amended General Order No. 20-0012.
