ORDER: Plaintiff Olsson's renewed application to proceed in forma pauperis [R. #9 ] is denied without prejudice. Plaintiff indicates that he has been unable to obtain a trust account statement from the Elgin Mental Health Center. The Court requires that information to assess the required initial partial filing fee pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1). The Court grants Olsson until June 8, 2020, either to (a) file a properly completed IFP application on the enclosed form with the information required by 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(2) or (b) pay the full $400 statutory filing fee. The Court directs the Clerk to: (1) send Plaintiff Olsson an IFP application along with a copy of this order; and (2) mail a copy of this order to the Director of the Elgin Mental Health Center, 750 South State Street, Elgin, IL 60123. The Director is advised that Plaintiff Olsson has litigation pending in the federal courts and a trust fund certification is a requirement of federal law. Signed by the Honorable Manish S.
