Filing 11 ORDER: By order dated March 30, 2020, the Court denied Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and ordered him to either pay the Court's filing fee in full or submit a renewed application that complied with the instructions in the order #5 . The deadline set by the March 30, 2020 order subsequently was extended by 56 days #6 #7 , and the Court clarified the date for compliance more than a month ago #9 . The Court warned Plaintiff at that time that failure to respond to the court's orders would result in dismissal of this lawsuit. Plaintiff has not responded to date. If Plaintiff wants the Court to consider his complaint, he must either (1) submit a renewed and complete application to proceed in forma pauperis that complies with the instructions in the statement section of this order or (2) pay the full statutory filing fee of $400.00. Failure to fully comply with this order by May 29, 2020, will result in summary dismissal of this lawsuit. Plaintiff also must promptly submit a change-of-address notification if his mailing address changes. If Plaintiff fails to keep the Court informed of his address, this action will be subject to dismissal for failure to comply with a Court order and for failure to prosecute.
