May 26, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 34 ORDER ORDER Fourth Amended General Order 20-0012 IN RE: CORONAVIRUS COVID-19 PUBLIC EMERGENCY Signed by the Chief Judge Rebecca R. Pallmeyer on May 26, 2020. This Order does not extend or modify any deadlines set in civil cases. For non-emergency motions, no motion may be noticed for presentment on a date earlier than July 15, 2020. See attached Order. Signed by the Honorable Rebecca R. Pallmeyer on 5/26/2020: Mailed notice. (docket10, )
May 5, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 33 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Edmond E. Chang: In light of the filing of a reassignment motion in 1:17-cv-08318, the briefing on Fair Issac's motion to reassign in this case is suspended as previously directed in R. 27. The tracking status hearing of 06/05/2020 is reset to 06/26/2020 at 8:30 a.m. (again, no appearance is required the case will not be called). The parties shall file a concise status report on the status of the reassignment motion in 1:17-cv-08318 the earlier of (a) three business days after it is decided; or (b) 06/19/2020. Mailed notice (mw, )
May 4, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 32 NOTICE by Sky Federal Credit Union of Filing Motion for Reassignment (Attachments: #1 Exhibit 1, #2 Exhibit 2)(Guglielmo, Joseph)
May 2, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 31 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Edmond E. Chang: After Defendant filed a consolidation motion #26 , Plaintiff in this case and four others (including a new case, Getten Credit Co. v. Fair Isaac Corp., No. 1:20-cv-02561) filed a similar motion #28 . But the reassignment aspect of Defendant's motion appears to remain open (unless the Court is misreading Plaintiff's memorandum). It would not make sense to decide on consolidation without first figuring out the reassignment issue, because the judge assigned to all the cases (if reassignment is granted) should decide whether to consolidate or not, as well as decide the proposed Plaintiffs'-counsel structure. So the Court will await Plaintiffs' combined response (now including Getten) under the previously set briefing schedule. The motion hearing of 05/06/2020 is reset to 06/05/2020 at 8:30 a.m. for tracking purposes only (and, in any event, Third Amended General 20-0012, para. 12, barred notices of presentment for any date before 06/01/2020). Emailed notice (Chang, Edmond)
May 1, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 30 Uncontested NOTICE of Motion by Joseph P Guglielmo for presentment of motion to consolidate cases, #28 before Honorable Edmond E. Chang on 5/6/2020 at 08:30 AM. (Guglielmo, Joseph)
May 1, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 29 MEMORANDUM by Sky Federal Credit Union in support of motion to consolidate cases, #28 and appoint plaintiffs' steering committee (Uncontested) (Guglielmo, Joseph)
May 1, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 28 MOTION by Plaintiff Sky Federal Credit Union to consolidate cases and appoint plaintiffs' steering committee (Uncontested) (Attachments: #1 Exhibit 1, #2 Exhibit 2, #3 Exhibit 3, #4 Exhibit 4, #5 Exhibit 5, #6 Exhibit 6, #7 Exhibit 7, #8 Exhibit 8, #9 Exhibit 9, #10 Exhibit 10)(Guglielmo, Joseph)
May 1, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 27 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Edmond E. Chang: In light of the Third Amended General Order 20-0012, the answer deadline is reset to 06/23/2020 for now, and might be extended further depending on the reassignment/consolidation briefing. On Defendant's motion to reassign and to consolidate First Choice Federal Credit Union v. Fair Isaac Corp., No. 1:20-cv-02516, and Alcoa Community Federal Credit Union v. Fair Isaac Corp., No. 1:20-cv-02259, and also to consolidate Amalgamated Bank v. Fair Isaac Corp., No. 1:20-cv-02533, the Plaintiffs in all four cases shall confer and file a combined response brief by 05/22/2020. Defendant shall reply by 06/01/2020. But if any Plaintiff in any of the cases files a motion to reassign to Judge Coleman (who is presiding over Fair Isaac Corp. v. TransUnion LLC, 1:17-cv-08318) before that date, then the response deadline here is automatically suspended and instead, on or before 05/22/2020, Plaintiff shall file a concise notice on this docket that a reassignment motion was filed in 1:17-cv-08318. The status hearing of 06/02/2020 is reset to 06/05/2020 at 8:30 a.m., but that is to track the case only (no appearance is required, the case will not be called). The parties in this case shall promptly email a copy of this order to the Plaintiffs in the other cases. Mailed notice (mw, )

For any hearing not involving a witness under oath, any party or lawyer wishing to appear by phone rather than in person may email a request with a direct-dial phone number to Judge Chang's courtroom deputy, Michael_Wing@ilnd.uscourts.gov, before 1:00 p.m. on the business day prior to the hearing date.
