Plaintiff premises subject matter jurisdiction on diversity of citizenship. For the purposes of diversity of citizenship, a corporation is a citizen of both its place of incorporation and its principal place of business. See Dalton v. Teva North America, 891 F.3d 687, 690 (7th Cir. 2018) ("[W]hat matters for the citizenship of a corporation is its state of incorporation and its principal place of business"). Plaintiff alleges that its principal place of business is in New York (Dkt. 1, para. 1), but Plaintiff does not allege its state of incorporation. Accordingly the Court orders Plaintiff to file a short Jurisdictional Memorandum identifying specific facts in support of subject matter jurisdiction based on diversity of citizenship.
