December 20, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 104 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Nancy L. Maldonado: The Court grants Defendants' motion to strike portions of Plaintiff's statement of additional facts #103 . By filing a statement of additional facts with 159 paragraphs, many of which are lengthy with sub-parts, Plaintiff has violated Local Rule 56.1(b)(3)(C) by: (1) failing to seek leave of this Court before filing; (2) filing a statement of additional facts in excess of the 40-paragraph limit; and (3) violating the requirement of a "concise response" that "consist[s] of short numbered paragraphs." Plaintiff's statement of additional facts #95 is stricken in its entirety. See Thornton v. M7 Aerospace LP, 796 F.3d 757, 769 (7th Cir. 2015) ("This court has repeatedly held that the district court is within its discretion to strictly enforce compliance with its local rules regarding summary-judgment motions."). Plaintiff will be permitted to file a new statement of additional facts that complies with Local Rule 56.1 by 01/6/2023. Plaintiff should be judicious in including only those facts necessary to the issues raised on summary judgment and not extraneous and irrelevant material. In addition, the parties have failed to file redacted copies of their sealed documents at dockets #75 , #78 , #79 , #80 , #84 , #94 , #95 , #96 , #97 .
