July 22, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 12 ORDER: The Court's July 20, 2020 dismissal order and judgment [10, 11] are vacated. This case is reinstated. Just after this Court dismissed this case based on Petitioner's failure to comply with the Court's June 4, 2020 order, the Court received the envelope with that order returned as undelivered because Petitioner's prison ID number was incorrect on the envelope. The Clerk of Court is directed to resend the June 4, 2020 order, along with this order and the July 20, 2020 order, to Petitioner with the correct ID number (the one listed above and currently on the Court's docket). Petitioner must comply with the June 4, 2020 order, and pay the $5.00 filing fee by check or money order made payable to the Clerk, United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, by August 21, 2020. His trust account statement shows that he has a current balance of $62.15 and that he received deposits totaling more than $750 during the three-month period before he filed his 28 U.S.C. 2254 petition. Such funds do not qualify him for IFP status. He can afford the $5.00 filing fee.
