Date Filed Document Text
July 29, 2020 Filing 23 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Virginia M. Kendall. On July 1, 2020, the Court entered an order dismissing the Complaint without prejudice for failure to state a claim and giving Plaintiff leave to file an amended complaint within 21 days #12 . That deadline has now passed and rather than filing an amended complaint, Plaintiff has filed three applications to proceed in forma pauperis to which he attached various unrelated documents regarding a debt owed to Discover Card #20 , a vehicle financing agreement with Toyota #21 , and his wife's medical conditions #22 . These documents do not constitute an amended complaint and do not state a claim upon which relief can be granted. Moreover, these unrelated issues pertaining to different defendants are not properly brought in a single action. Plaintiff having failed to file an amended complaint consistent with the Court's previous Order, each of the applications to proceed in forma pauperis #20 , #21 , #22 are dismissed and this case is terminated for failure to file an amended complaint. Civil case terminated. Mailed notice (lk, )
