Filing 5 ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is granted. The Court authorizes and orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of confinement to deduct $30.67 from Plaintiff's account for payment to the Clerk as an initial partial payment of the filing fee, and to continue making monthly deductions in accordance with this order. The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this order electronically to the Supervisor of Inmate Trust Fund Accounts at the Metropolitan Correctional Center and the Court's Fiscal Department. Following initial review, Plaintiff's complaint #1 is dismissed for failure to state a claim. This dismissal counts as one of Plaintiff's three allotted dismissals under 28 U.S.C. 1915(g).
