Filing 14 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Beth W. Jantz: This case has been referred to Magistrate Judge Jantz for discovery supervision and to hold a settlement conference. An initial telephonic status hearing is set for 09/08/2020 at 10:00 a.m. The parties are directed to review and comply with Judge Jantz's Standing Order on Initial Status Conferences and Reports, available on Judge Jantz's webpage located on the Court's website at www.ilnd.uscourts.gov. The parties are also expected to be familiar with Judge Jantz's other standing orders. The parties do not need to file an initial status report as they already filed one on 08/14/2020 #12 . Instead, the parties should meet and confer via telephone and/or videoconference and submit to the Court a joint proposed discovery schedule by 09/02/2020. Members of the public and media will be able to call in to listen to this hearing. The call-in number is (888) 273-3658 and the access code is 2217918. Persons granted remote access to proceedings are reminded of the general prohibition against photographing, recording, and rebroadcasting of court proceedings. Violation of these prohibitions may result in sanctions, including removal of court issued media credentials, restricted entry to future hearings, denial of entry to future hearings, or any other sanctions deemed necessary by the Court.
