| Filing 10 MINUTE entry before the Honorable John Robert Blakey: The Court is in receipt of the parties' joint status report, #9 . The Court adopts the schedule proposed by the parties as follows: the deadline for supplementing Rule 26(a)(1) disclosures and for issuing final written discovery is set for 1/14/21; the deadline for any amendments is set for 1/31/21; and fact discovery shall close 3/1/21. Additionally, any dispositive motions shall be filed on or before 3/22/21. The parties shall file any responses by 4/12/21, with replies due 4/18/21. This is a generous discovery schedule, and the parties are advised that, absent an extraordinary showing, the Court will not extend it. By 2/8/21, the parties shall file an updated joint status report confirming that they are on track to meet the discovery deadlines, and indicating whether any party will, in fact, file a motion for summary judgment. If the parties decide at any time that a settlement conference could be productive, they should call chambers to request one, and the Court will refer the case to the assigned Magistrate Judge for that purpose.
