Plaintiff must plead the parties' citizenship, which for a corporation is its state of incorporation and principal place of business, 28 U.S.C. 1332(c)(1), and for an LLC is the citizenship of all of its members. Cosgrove v. Bartolotta, 150 F.3d 729, 731 (7th Cir. 1998) ("[C]itizenship of an LLC for purposes of the diversity jurisdiction is the citizenship of its members.") Plaintiff must also demonstrate that the amount in controversy exceeds $75,000. 28 U.S.C. 1332(a). Plaintiff has until September 3, 2020 to file an amended complaint, or the action will be dismissed.
