Filing 52 ORDER: In this consolidated action to vacate arbitration awards, Plaintiff International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 150, AFL-CIO ("Local 150") filed three motions: a motion for reconsideration; a motion to compel; and a motion for a protective order. Defendant Iron Workers Local Union No. I ("Local 150") filed a motion to quash Plaintiff's notices of deposition. Per the Court's order finding that post-arbitration discovery is irrelevant, unnecessary, and inappropriate, no depositions will proceed, and the Court grants or denies the parties' motions accordingly. Local 150's motion for reconsideration #27 and motion to compel #37 are denied, and Local 150's motion for a protective order #40 and Local 1's motion to quash #38 are granted. Given Local 150 has not established any basis for vacatur of any of the arbitration awards, the Court denies the consolidated complaint to vacate and confirms the awards. Civil case terminated.
