Wilson must pay the full statutory filing fee of $400.00 if he wants to proceed with this case. He may pay by check or money order payable to Clerk, United States District Court. The Court defers initial review of Plaintiff's complaint under 28 U.S.C. 1915A until after he has paid the filing fee.
