Memorandum Opinion and Order Grants #20 Motion to Sever and Transfer Venue of Out-of-State Plaintiffs' Cases. The Court directs the Clerk of the Court to sever and transfer this action as follows: a. Plaintiff James Arrowood's case be severed and transferred to the San Antonio Division of the Western District of Texas (3:20-cv-2708 case opened); b.
