By November 16, 2020, in this case, Plaintiff must either: (1) submit a completed in forma pauperis application that complies with the below instructions; or (2) pre-pay the full $400 filing fee. Plaintiff is directed to either (1) submit a renewed application that is certified by a trust fund officer and includes a copy of Plaintiff's jail trust fund statement showing activity in her account for the six months immediately preceding the filing of her complaint; or (2) pay the full statutory filing fee of $400.00.
