October 14, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ORDER. On September 14, 2020, the court directed Plaintiff to either submit an application to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP) or pay the filing fee by October 15, 2020. (Dkt. 3.) That order was mailed to Plaintiff on September 15, 2020, but was returned undelivered because Plaintiff's inmate number appears to have been omitted from the address. (See Dkt. 4.) The order has been resent to Plaintiff's corrected address. Because Plaintiff did not promptly receive the September 14, 2020 order, the Court extends the deadline for him to submit the IFP application or pay the filing fee to November 11, 2020.
