ORDER L Emoji Company GmbH has filed this suit alleging trademark infringement and related claims against 158 e-commerce store operators believed to reside in foreign jurisdictions. See Compl., ECF No. 1; Schedule A, ECF No. 6. Given that large number of Defendants, the Court instructed Plaintiff to file a memorandum of law showing why joinder is appropriate under Fed. R. Civ. P. 20(a)(2). 9/15/20 Minute Entry, ECF No. 22. Having reviewed Plaintiff's memorandum, the Court agrees that joinder is proper only as to the three Defendants mentioned below.
