ORDER: The Court dismisses this lawsuit as duplicative of first-filed case Bernard v. Illinois Dep't of Corrections, No. 20 CV 5341 (N.D. Ill.). Dismissal is without prejudice to Plaintiff's pursuit of his claims under Case No. 20 CV 5341. Plaintiff's motions for service of process at government expense #3 and for attorney representation #4 are denied as moot. Because the Court is administratively closing this case, no filing fee will be collected. The Court warns Plaintiff, however, that future duplicative lawsuits may result in the assessment of filing fees and the imposition of a "strike" under 28 U.S.C. 1915(g) for the submission of a frivolous or malicious complaint. The Court directs the Clerk to mail a copy of this Order and the Complaint to Jason Randall Pearlman / Hennessy & Roach / 140 South Dearborn, Suite 700 Chicago, Illinois 60603 (recruited counsel in Case No. 20 CV 5341).
