Filing 12 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Sara L. Ellis: The Court grants Defendants' unopposed motion for extension of time in which to answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's complaint #10 . Defendants' responsive pleadings due by 11/13/2020. The Court grants Defendants' unopposed motion to reassign case as related under Local Rule 40.4 #11 . The Court orders the Clerk to reassign Smith v. City of Joliet, No. 20 C 5387, to this Court and consolidate it with this case. The Court strikes the status hearing set for 11/10/2020 and resets it to 11/19/2020 at 1:30 p.m., with initial status report due by 11/12/2020. Throughout the telephonic hearing, each speaker will be expected to identify themselves for the record before speaking. Please note that the conference call-in will be used by all cases that are on the court's calendar for the said date, therefore counsel must be in a quiet area while on the line and must have the telephone muted until your case is called.
